This is how I’m going to write

For a while now, I’ve had this tugging feeling:

I should write.

Not because I want to be popular. Not because I think I have some big answers. But because I’m living through a season that I want to remember. And because I don’t fully understand what I’m doing yet. Writing, for me, is a way to think.

What’s funny is that I’ve never really seen myself as a writer. I’m not spontaneous. I over-edit. I can get stuck in the polishing, which often kills the joy of the thing.

But I’ve found a workaround:

I talk, and someone (or something—hello, AI) writes.

That’s when my best voice comes through: when I speak out loud, messily, honestly. When I stop trying to get it “right” and just try to get it out.

So I’ve decided: this blog is where I’ll do that. I’ll write once or twice a week. I’ll speak my thoughts and have them turned into blog posts. I won’t overthink. I won’t edit for hours. I’ll let it be raw, readable, real.

This blog will stay here—alongside my CityEscape Collection—as a quiet companion to the more curated, visual content that’s coming. Yes, I’m moving my main site to Squarespace soon, but this space stays WordPress. Because this is where the real stuff lives. The questions. The confessions. The slow, reflective part of the journey.

If you’re here, reading, thank you. I didn’t write this for you—but I’m happy you found it.

Maybe something in these posts will resonate. Maybe not.

Either way, I’ll keep talking. And writing. And walking my way into clarity.
